Via the stairway, you will discover the ROTISSERIE, our spacious, luxurious restaurant with large windows that give you a clear view on the Scheldebuurt neighbourhood. The linen-covered tables and leather chairs provide a welcome comfort. Dining at the ROTISSERIE is an experience. It has a magnificent, large open kitchen with Australian Beech ovens, a broiler, charcoal grill and, of course, the ROTISSERIE. A range of dishes are prepared tableside, such as steak tartare and chimichurri. Our restaurant also has a trolley with a selection of delicious cheeses from fromagerie Guillaume.
You can enjoy dinner in the ROTISSERIE every day and, on request, lunch as well. Our menu includes refined dishes, as well as hefty cuts of meat. For example, Côte de Boeuf and dry-aged ribeye from our own butcher shop.
The ROTISSERIE has a spacious roof terrace that is also open in the winter months, with the roof shut and the heaters on. In the summer you can relax on the terrace in the sunshine with a view of the Scheldebuurt neighbourhood.
